FINAL Levels are one of the eight types of Levels in Fall Guys. Final levels determine the winner of an Episode.
Final selection
- Finals are forcibly selected as round 4 of an Episode. In rare cases, they may be selected earlier than expected if there were highly attritional rounds beforehand.
- Limited time modes may force their finals earlier or later.
- Final levels will only be selected if the remaining player count fits their ranges, usually from a minimum of 2 players to a maximum of the number of unique spawn points.
- There are some exceptions to this rule.
- Royal Fumble has a player count of 4-6 players in Solos only.
- Some finals are configured with maximum player limits lower than their total spawn points. In Hex-A-Terrestrial's case, this is due to it having 60 unique spawn points, while no current show can host that many players.
- During 10th Knockout rotation, alongside with Ranked Knockout, Blast Ball, Hex-A-Gone, Kraken Slam can be chosen with 15 players max.
- There are some exceptions to this rule.
Time Limits in Final Levels
Despite a level will be chosen as a Final Round to determine the winner, all final levels will still be set a time limit instead of progressing limitlessly to prevent the game process from being very lengthy.
- Normally the time limit will be set to 5:00 in most of Classic Finals. Time limit in Creative Finals depends on settings set by the level creator.
- If this limit is reached in Survival-based Classic Finals (Hex-A-Gone, Jump Showdown, Thin Ice, Roll Off, Hex-A-Ring, Hex-A-Terrestrial, Kraken Slam) and Creative Survival Finals, everyone remaining wins. However there are two exceptions:
- Timeouts are practically impossible in Hex-A-Ring due to the ring width scaling in size depending on the number of players.
- Timeouts in most cases in Kraken Slam are all but impossible, as the kraken tips all platforms at around 4 minutes in. Without an incredibly specialised strategy to stand on the edge of a tipped platform, and coordination between the remaining players, it is impossible to reach the 5 minute mark.
- If this limit is reached in Course-based Finals (Fall Mountain, Lost Temple, Tip Toe Finale) and Creative Course / Points Finals, everyone loses.
- This time limit is almost never reached, except in incredibly contrived scenarios.
- Royal Fumble, by contrast, ends after 1:30 instead.
- Blast Ball has a time limit of 4:30, but as the entire arena will fall before time, it is impossible to time out without an incredibly specialized strategy.
- If this limit is reached in Survival-based Classic Finals (Hex-A-Gone, Jump Showdown, Thin Ice, Roll Off, Hex-A-Ring, Hex-A-Terrestrial, Kraken Slam) and Creative Survival Finals, everyone remaining wins. However there are two exceptions:
- In some special gamemodes, the time limit in Final level will be changed. (e.g. Final levels in Solos Chill, the timer is greatly shortened to make players win easily.)
Miscellaneous mechanics
- A level marked as a Final Round internally, will have a special golden loading screen, a crown icon preceeding the level name, and display "Final Round" after the level name. It will also guarantee the game ends upon completion, awarding a win to all qualifiers.
- This is distinct from the "Final" archetype, though all core show Finals are already marked as Final Rounds.
- Team finals in Squads, such as Fall Ball, show the golden loading screen and end the game, despite keeping the "Team" archetype.
- In Button Basher Royale, it is possible to get a special version of Button Bashers categorised with the Final archetype, but it lacks the special golden loading screen. If multiple players succeed due to a bug, the show does not end, and another round is played until 1 or 0 player(s) succeed.
- This is distinct from the "Final" archetype, though all core show Finals are already marked as Final Rounds.
- Because the game does not break ties:
- In rare cases it is possible for there to be multiple winners on Fall Mountain/Lost Temple/Tip Toe Finale if multiple players are judged to have grabbed the crown at the same time by the server.
- In response to an issue where visually grabbing the crown on a player's screen wouldn't guarantee the server viewing them as a winner due to latency, Fall Mountain and Lost Temple were given a short delay after the first player grabs the crown before ending the round. If another player grabs the crown during this period, they are also awarded the win. This feature is not present in Tip Toe Finale, likely due to such close calls between multiple teams being incredibly rare.
- In extremely rare instances, nobody can win. This will occur if all remaining players hit the slime at the same time in rounds that have such a hazard. This is theoretically possible in Survival-based Classic Finals and Creative Survival Finals. This also occurs if the timer is allowed to run out on Fall Mountain, Lost Temple or Tip Toe Finale without anyone grabbing the crown, all Creative Course Finals without anyone reach the finish line or all Creative Points Finals without anyone reach the scoring goal.
- This will result in the game switching over to the normal qualification animation used between rounds, and then ejecting all remaining players, resulting in "0 Qualified!" being displayed. This screen holds for a few seconds before the player is redirected to the reward screen or the player manually exits the game.
- In rare cases it is possible for there to be multiple winners on Fall Mountain/Lost Temple/Tip Toe Finale if multiple players are judged to have grabbed the crown at the same time by the server.
- In the case of the draw, a win will not count towards the Weekly Crown League.[1]

Though not specifically categorized, Basketfall, Fall Ball, Jinxed, Power Trip, Volleyfall, and Pixel Painters can be in effect finals in Squads and Duos. Sweet Thieves and Treat Thieves are effectively finals as well in their own Games (SWEET THIEVES (Game) and Treat Thieves (Game)), since the game only lasts a single round. Also, until Season 6 (Legacy), Button Bashers could appear with only 2 players remaining, effectively making it a final despite not being categorized as one.

- Most finals have a crown at the icon. Blast Ball, Hex-A-Ring, Hex-A-Terrestrial , Kraken Slam and all Creative Finals are the sole exceptions.
- There are actually 4 original finals which are Fall Mountain, Hex-A-Gone, Blast Ball and Kraken Slam.
- Jump Showdown is a final variant of Jump Club
- Royal Fumble is a final variant of Tail Tag
- Roll Off is a final variant of Roll Out
- Thin Ice is very similar to Hex-A-Gone
- Lost Temple is a combination of Door Dash and Fall Mountain
- Hex-A-Ring is a combination of Hex-A-Gone and Roll Off
- Tip Toe Finale is a final variant of Tip Toe
- Hex-A-Terrestrial is very similar to Hex-A-Gone and Thin Ice
- There was a typographical error in the description for Slime Final and The Slimescraper, with 'cross' being spelt 'crosss' in-game (with an extra 's').
- This was fixed on Season 5 (Legacy).
- Up until Season 1, only odd-numbered seasons used to introduce new Final levels. This changed with the launch of Season 2, which was the first even-numbered season to add new finals, and every season since Season 1 has introduced at least one new final, however, all Season 4 final rounds were creative rounds and consequently got removed from solos as of 10 November 2023.
- During Season 3 all crown grab finals were vaulted from the game.
- Kraken Slam is the only final that has never been temporarily removed or vaulted from the game since it’s introduction:
- Hex-A-Gone was temporarily removed at the start of Season 3 (Legacy) due to a physics bug related to ragdolling.
- Jump Showdown was temporarily removed during Season 1 (Legacy) due to an exploit, and again during Season 4 (Legacy) due to a physics bug.
- Royal Fumble was temporarily removed during Season 2 (Legacy) due to an exploit, and was removed from core shows during Season 2 despite still being available in Custom Game and some special games throughout the season. During Season 3, the round was vaulted from every game again. It came back in the Summer Breeze Update.
- Roll Off was removed during Season 5 (Legacy) due to an issue with eaten jumps.
- Thin Ice was removed near the end of Season 6 (Legacy) due to an exploit, was removed from core shows during Season 2, despite still being available in Custom Game and some special games throughout the season. In Season 3, the round was vaulted from every game again, but returned in Season 4.
- Hex-A-Ring was temporarily removed during Season 1 due to an issue with the Nintendo Switch client not scaling the ring size based on how many players were left, causing other platform players to see them floating. Besides this, during Season 2, the round wasn't available in any of the core games but was still available in Custom Game and some special games throughout the season. It returned in Season 3.
- Hex-A-Terrestrial and Blast Ball weren’t initially available in core games at the start of the Sound Of The Future event, before being added back in.
- In Season 3, Fall Mountain, Lost Temple and Tip Toe Finale got vaulted from every game for the first time since their introduction.
- In Season 4, Royal Fumble and Tip Toe Finale were the only finals vaulted. However, Royal Fumble is available in The Vault game in Custom Game; Tip Toe Finale is not.
- From the Fall Force Update (specifically its "Treat or Yeet" fame pass) until the Fall Forever Update, every core final was back in the game.
- Between the Squads and Duos player count changes in the Shapes and Stickers Update and an unknown date when it was fixed, Slime Climb was able to be picked with as low as 8 players/2 squads in Squads, making this round technically a Final.
- As of the July '24 Update, all Classic Finals are in rotation.
- This includes all Team finals.
- As of 19 May 2026, Blast Ball is the only classic final that is vaulted.
- Previously, in Main Show, the game would not select a specific final if a similar level was played earlier in the game.
- This means that Roll Out (but not Roll On) can prevent Roll Off from appearing, and Jump Club can prevent Jump Showdown from appearing.
- This has now been removed as of 24 June 2021.
- This mechanic may still be present in alternate playlists like Survival of the Fittest.
- Before [unconfirmed date], finals could be selected with as many as 20 players. From that date onwards, the maximum number of players in a final was capped to 12.
- During Season 3, Blast Ball, Hex-A-Ring, Kraken Slam, Lost Temple and Tip Toe Finale were the sole exceptions to this rule, being able to be selected with 13-16 players (15 in Kraken Slam and Lost Temple).
