Level Intros are short camera sequences that showcase the levels in Fall Guys.
Description
Level Intros typically last around 9 seconds, with some being shorter and some being longer than that.
A lot of level intros got shortened at the start of Season 4, which made them last around the 4 second mark, although a handfull of intros remained the length of pre-Season 4.
The goal of an intro is to give a good first impression of what the goal is of that level, COURSE levels usually show the Finish Line in their intros, Crown-Grab-FINALs show the Crown in their intros, etc.
Widget
The widget for
See Saw
During every intro, a widget slides into the bottom left corner of the screen. This widget displays the name of the level, the level type in the form of the colour, the Medal Icon of the level and a short description.
Colour
- COURSE has a green colour.
- SURVIVAL has a purple colour.
- POINTS has a dark blue colour.
- LOGIC has a silvery blue colour.
- TEAM has an orange colour.
- FINAL has a yellow colour.
- INVISIBEANS is different, as the widget colour depends if the player is a Guardian or a Thief:
- In case of being a Guardian/Treaters, the widget will be a neon yellow.
- In case of the Thieves/Trickers, the widget will be a neon light blue.
- TIME ATTACK levels also have a special widget colour, with them being a dark orange.
Intro Music
A tune plays during all of the level intros, this tune is dependent on the season the level came from. All levels had the same intro tune, until Season 1, when that seasons levels got a different intro tune than the legacy levels, this continued in the following seasons. A new intro also got made for
Treat Thieves when it came out, this is currently the only level to have a unique tune.
The long version of Season 3 was almost impossible to hear, due to it getting cut short during the level intro. It could only be heard when the level intro was lagging, thus extending the intro to be longer, causing players to hear the full tune. It could never be heard again after a update mid-season, due to the tune getting changed to the latter half of the full version.
The earliest three level intro tunes got shortened at the start of Season 4, due to a lot of intros also getting shortened. This was reverted fairly quickly, and most shortened versions are currently impossible to hear in-game, except for very rare scenarios (e.g.
Hex-A-Terrestrial in a few side games.)
The shortened version of the legacy seasons and the Season 4 tunes can currently only be heard in Creative levels.

Trivia
- The longest intro currently in the game is
Short Circuit with a length of 17 seconds.
- This used to be a tie, because the old intro for
Door Dash used to be 17 seconds as well, but this one was eventually shortened.
- This used to be a tie, because the old intro for
- A small info box appears during the intro of INVISIBEANS and TIME ATTACK levels. These info boxes display a few lines of important text.
- There are currently two intros in the game that don't work most of the time and just default to the final shot of the actual intro:
Blastlantis and
Hyperdrive Heroes, these two probably don't work due to a bug.
- These two weren't the only two to be bugged however, as most of the Season 1 levels didn't have functional intros either at the start of their season.
- The Satellite in the Season 2 intros can be in different places each time the intro starts.
Sweet Thieves and
Treat Thieves have the exact same intro.
Egg Scramble had a different intro between Season 2 (Legacy) and Season 1, but was switched back to the old version at the start of Season 1.- Even though
Knight Fever,
Roll On,
Ski Fall and
Speed Circuit were vaulted during Season 4, they did all obtain a new intro.
